Description: Prestain Protein Marker is a mixture of 9 recombinant, highly purified colored proteins. Eight of the 19 proteins ranging in apparent molecular weight from approximately 45 kDa to 400 kDa are coupled with a blue chromophore. A 72 kDa protein is coupled with an orange dye and a 400 kDa protein is coupled with red dye are serving as a reference band.
